Magasasa - Kinesiske Cocktails og Autentisk Gæsteoplevelse

Udfordring

Kinesisk gastronomi er kendt for lækre dumplings, forårsruller og dim sum, men cocktails var ikke en del af den kinesiske kulinariske kultur. Vi blev udfordret med en klar opgave: at hjælpe med at opbygge en bar, udvikle et kinesisk cocktailkort og finde de rette bartendere.

Indsigt

Kinesisk forretningskultur og traditioner er unikke, og det var afgørende for os at forstå etiketten og kommunikere med respekt. Kinesisk madkultur adskiller sig fra andre asiatiske køkkener, hvilket krævede en dyb indsigt i nye smagsoplevelser, ingredienser og kultur som grundlag for den kreative cocktails proces. Vi skulle også skabe den rette præsentation for at visualisere, at det drejede sig om kinesiske cocktails og udvikle de perfekte serverings metoder.

Løsning

Vi tog fuldt udnytte af lokale kinesiske råvarer og spiritus samt autentisk kinesisk servise som skåle, tiki-krus og kopper for at skabe en ægte oplevelse for gæsterne. Vi skabte også smukke billeder til menuen for at præsentere cocktails på den mest autentiske måde. Vi deltog i den officielle åbning i 2015 og er stolte af, at menuen stadig står stærkt i dag uden behov for udskiftning. Vi har også kontinuerligt hjulpet med personaletræning, forhandlingsaftaler om specielle produkter og tilpasning af menuen for at sikre den bedst mulige gæsteoplevelse.
